Camille Le Brettevillois is a PhD Researcher at the International Institute of Social History. They obtained a Master's Degree in History at the University of Nantes and a Master's Degree in Public History at the Paris-Est Créteil University in France. Their PhD is part of the project Voices of Resistance (ERC) with Matthias van Rossum and Filipa Ribeiro da Silva as their supervisors, where they are focusing on the Asian part of the Portuguese empire and the slave trade in the early modern period.
