Ordering scans

Submit your request at repro@iisg.nl.

Be specific about what you would like to receive.

We will count the number of pages to determine how many scans will be needed. You will receive a quote and the estimated delivery time. The size of your order will affect the turnaround time for scanning.

We cannot make scans of copyrighted material.

You are welcome to consult our collection in the reading room and use our book scanners to make scans yourself, free of charge.

Specifics for ordering: types of material

Archives and collections
When submitting a reproduction request for archives or collections, check the Content List on the collection summary page of the archive or collection of your interest to determine which inventory numbers you would like to order.

Check the Access and Use on the collection summary page of the archive or collection of your interest to see if there are any restrictions. If needed, you can submit a permission request through the collection summary page to receive permission for consultation and reproduction.

Periodicals
When submitting a reproduction request for periodicals, check the holdings in the description of the periodical in the catalogue to see which years we hold to determine which issues you would like to order.

Visual material
For photographs, posters and prints, only high resolutions scans can be ordered.

Audiovisual material
Only VHS, CD, DVD, vinyl, audio cassette can be digitized.

Rates and payment

Pdf-scans (100 dpi): € 0,50 per scan
High-resolution scans (300 dpi): €20,00 per scan
Digital copies of audiovisual materials: price in consultation

When ordering more than 50 scans, an additional handling fee of € 6,00 is added per order.

Upon confirmation of the reproduction order, you will receive a link to our online payment system by email. Payment can be made through iDEAL/Wero or with credit card. Upon request, we can send an invoice.
