IISH Annual Report 2017

In 2017 the IISH dynamics increased noticeably. Many new co-workers joined us. Our efforts to raise funds from external sources started to bear fruit. New talent generates ideas, energy, and inspiration. This is necessary in an era where developments are constantly accelerating. This year was off to a vigorous start, with the design of our transition to digital archiving. We adjusted our research program about the history of global labour relations by placing greater and more explicit emphasis on social inequality. This makes us more compatible with national and international subsidy programs. Finally, we planned and launched joint projects with social partners, such as the FNV.
