Julia van der Knaap

Julia van der Knaap has been working at the IISH as Specialist Collection Documentation since September 2025. She has previously worked at the institute in the Public Services department. Julia has studied History and Archival and Information Studies at the University of Amsterdam and has worked as a digital archivist in both government and non-government archives. In her current role, she’s responsible for the documentation of work processes within the Processing department, especially when it comes to the archival collection.
