Our scanning service is currently closed. We are not accepting any requests for scans. 
We hope to resume service at the end of January.

Rates, options and payment methods for reproductions of documents from the collections of the IISH, NEHA and the Perscollectie:

Selfmade reproductions

Most materials, provided it is in good condition, may be photographed or scanned.

When ordering more than 50 scan, there will be an additional handling fee of € 6.00 per order. 

It is not possible to order a PDF-file or photocopy of visual documents, only high resolution scans may be ordered.

Due to copyright rulings, it is not possible to order copies of books that are published less than 70 years ago.

Original up till A0-size

To order scans, high resolution

  •  € 20.- a piece

Print quality from scans will be optimal to A4 size.

Scans will be delivered at 300 dpi (TIFF).

Other resolutions or file formats are possible after consultation.

For reproductions of posters larger than A0-size (118,9 x 84,1 cm) please consult the reproduction department.

Dvd, video- and audiotapes

It is possible to order reproductions of dvd, gramophone records, and video- and audiotapes.

We will give a quote per order.

Please be aware that these orders will be processed in batches and this may affect the turnaround time for your materials.

Orders should be made by the first Monday of the following months: January, April, July, October.

Expect the scans to be delivered 4-6 weeks after the cut off date.

Larger digitization requests

It is possible to make larger digitization requests. We will give you an estimate of the costs beforehand and payment of a deposit is required. Only after the scans are made, can we give the exact costs. This amount will not exceed the estimate made beforehand.

Please be aware that these orders will be processed in batches and this may affect the turnaround time for your materials.

Please note the cut off dates for larger digitization requests. Orders should be made by the first Monday of the following months: February, May, August, November.

Expect the scans to be delivered 6-8 weeks after the cut off date.

Payment Methods

Most reproductions of documents from our collections, can be ordered directly through our online catalogue. For additional requests, contact: ask@iisg.nl

Upon request, we can send an invoice. For this, we charge an administration fee of € 12.00. The invoice includes the costs for shipping and handling and comes with payment instructions.
